Warnings:
Usually, when a player breaks a rule, it is because they are unaware that we have rules in place. We will implement a way for players to read the rules before participating in our chat in the future. Active players and moderators are quick to remind rule breakers to read the rules page to be made aware of what they should not do or say; if they persist, they will be muted. If player are aware of the rules and disregard it, they will be banned immediately.
Moderators:
Moderators have pink usernames to make them easier to spot in the chat. They make sure that our chatroom stays family friendly and safe. If they tell you something, please listen to them and please respect the moderators and their decisions. If you are banned, you are banned for a reason. Naturally, we expect players to also show respect towards other players.

Mutes (Time out):
Mutes are placed to prevent future rule breaking by ceasing any type of communication in Cat Game chat. The player will not be able to access the Leaderboards, Events and the global chat room. The time of mute is based on the users actions.
Customer Conduct:
Abuse is targeted and unwanted offensive behaviour, that an employee finds intimidating, humiliating or harmful and which has a detrimental effect on their wellbeing. If a customer is unhappy about the services that they have received, they are perfectly entitled to express their dissatisfaction. And if they remain calm and civil, despite their frustration or anger, our employees will be willing to help them with their issue.
Occasionally though, despite a welcoming manner, expert knowledge and willingness to help, there are people who can't control their anger and resort to verbal abuse, offensive language, and even threatening words or behaviour toward our employees.
- Employees should remove themselves from any situation in which they feel unsafe.
- Employees have a right to refuse service under these circumstances
- All incidents of abusive customers will be documented
- If aggressive behaviour is not corrected, the Cat Game team reserves the rights to block any player that is in violation of the Customer Conduct.
Permanent bans:
Player(s) can be immediately banned for:
- Threatening to harm themselves or others.
- Exploiting minors.
- Inappropriate chat (including but not limit to: sexual solicitation and roleplaying).
- Cheating and/or using exploits.*
- Repeat offenders will be permanently banned after 3 offences.
*Any club to be found with unethical gains in an event will be disqualified. IF you feel there is something suspicious going on, contact support immediately. Any accounts that are found to have used exploits will be banned.
