How do I join a club?
When you reach level 5, you will be able to join a club.

To join a club, click on a person's name and request to join their club or go to Club > Enter club name.

What level do you have to be to create a club and why?
In an effort to have clubs led by active and dedicated players you must be level 10 to create a club.

What are clubs for?
Clubs are for making friends with other players, to have smaller more in-depth chats than those available in Global chat, to help each other, and to work together while having fun during events!

Each club can have a maximum of 30 people. After you have joined a club, other clubmates activity -such as obtaining a cat or a decoration, entering a contest, etc- will create purple hearts and you can 'love' their achievement. Click the purple hearts next to the achievements to collect them.

What are purple hearts?
Purple hearts are used to spin the friend's chest. Further information can be found in Purple Hearts.

I have 0% of obtaining Lucy, is this normal?
Yes, Lucy is very rare. The chances of landing on Lucy's tile is less than 1%. Keep trying! When you least expect it, she will make her presence.
