All transactions are final. In-app purchases are handled by Apple, therefore, all billing inquiries and refund requests must be submitted to Apple. To determine if you are eligible for a refund, please review Apple’s Policy.
Please follow these instructions to
1. Go to Support.
2. Provide your Apple ID and password.
3. Click Apps.
4. Choose the item purchased and click Report A Problem.
5. Choose the appropriate issue listed in the drop down list.
6. Describe the issue you are having.
7. Submit.
You will receive an e-mail from an Apple Customer Support Representative and they will determine if you are eligible for a refund.
