What is a VIP subscription?
The VIP subscription is a monthly subscription costing 10$ USD per month, which is then converted into your local currency plus all applicable taxes.
Payment will be charged to iTunes/Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions can be managed by the player and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the player(s) Account Settings after purchase.
What do I get for being a VIP member?
As a VIP member you will receive 5,000 coins, 100 gems every day and an additional 5% chance of obtaining a cat in each delivery. On top of those daily perks, once a week players will also receive one exclusive cat and furniture piece. Additionally, on the third week of the month players will also receive two Premium Keys for the Premium Basket on top of that week's cat and decoration.
Players will also receive a blue name tag and a VIP badge. VIP players will also double the amount of purple hearts club members can receive. Further explanation for this can be found in the Purple Hearts section.
How can I become a VIP?
You can subscribe to our VIP subscription by going to the SHOP.
When will my Subscription Renew?
As it is a monthly subscription, it will renew one month after your initial charge.
If I discontinue my Subscription and Re-subscribe, will I have to start over?
No. You will be able to claim the next reward where you left of.
What happens if I don't claim my reward that day?
If you do not claim your reward during the 24 hour period from reset to reset (8pm EST) you will stay on that day and all additional rewards will be pushed back however many days you did not claim your reward.
For example, if say on day 13 you do not claim your daily reward for whatever reason for two days, even though it will be the 15th day you have VIP you will still be on reward day 13.
