I lost my account, how can I restore it?

In order for us to restore your progress, please message Support with the following information:

*1. OLD username to be restored (full username*, including the unique 4 digit code at the end, if applicable):
2. Do you have access to that account right now? If so, did you lose progress?
3. NEW username (reach level 3 and let us know the new full username, including unique 4 digit code as it appears at the bottom of your profile window):
4. What level is your old account?
**5. Did you make any purchases? (If so, please provide us with the receipts, or the name and date of the purchase, for at least 2 of the purchases**)
6. Are you VIP? (If yes, tap RESTORE PURCHASES after we restore your account and provide us with your current VIP day so we can update it)
7. When is the last time you had access to your old account? (approximately)
8. What was your club name? (if you were in one and can remember the name)

 
*The "full username" is located at the bottom of your profile window. If your account was created, or username changed, since May 2021, you will have a hash (unique 4-digit code) at the end of your full username.
 
**All in-app purchases made on an account should be visible in the Google Play or Apple Purchase History. Google and Apple also send email receipts.

Please note: The game is not meant to have the same account on multiple devices as it will cause save issues and progress discrepancies.
