Name changes are not offered as a support service.

Please use the name change feature located at the top of the profile page. It appears as a pencil edit button beside the username. 

The first name change is free. Any additional name changes will cost 500 gems. A name can only be changed every 28 days. 

**Inappropriate/offensive usernames can be reported to the support team.**

 

What is my full username?

A 4-digit hash (unique code) is automatically added to the end of usernames. This can be seen on the bottom of the profile page under "Full username".

**We recommend making note of the full username in case it is needed for account restore purposes.**

 

What do the colored names mean?

 

Purple: Part of the Cat Game development team.

Pink: Part of the support team (moderators).

Blue: Regular players with a VIP membership/subscription. (see VIP Subscription section for more information)

Green: Regular players.
