Mute Button:

If you don't want to communicate with specific users on the Cat Game, whether it's in club chat or global chat - you can mute them.  Muting the user will mean you won't see any more of their messages in chat.

  • Press on the user's profile you wish to mute.
  • Located at the bottom right corner will be the blue mute button.
  • Once pressed, a pop up will appear stating: "Are you Sure?"
  • After you have pressed confirm, you will have muted the user.

Report Button:

If you believe that the user has violated our chat rules , you can also file a report. By reporting a user it will automatically open up a support ticket with the username of the player reported, along with the message clicked on from the chat.

    • Press on the rule breaking message you wish to report.
    • The user's profile will pop up.
    • Located at the bottom right corner will be the yellow- yield report button.
    • Once pressed, a ticket will open with the text: "Hello, I'm reporting player [Username] for breaking chat rules, for this message..."
      • Note: This only works when clicking a message in our chats
    • If the offence spans more than the one line, please attach a screenshot to include the full conversation

Please note that we will only see the message you clicked on at the time to report, so be careful to report the line that is breaking chat rules. If the message shown does not have grounds for banning, we will ask for a screenshot in order to make the ban request.

**Do not modify reports. Submitting a falsified report may result in a ban on your account.

Submitting a report takes only a few moments, but it can make a big impact on the safety and comfort of the entire community. We thank you in advance for helping us keep the community safe
  • We understand the importance of privacy, and we would never disclose to other players your name or that you submitted a report.
  • The Cat Game staff will review and validate all reports in order to take any necessary action
  • Every report is important—even a single report will be enough to let the Cat Game staff know about potentially harmful behaviour.
